If you’ve been hoping for a very special little girl to join your family, and guardianship has been on your mind, this could be the right time. Our guardian families are such an important part of what we do. They are caring, dedicated dog lovers who want to be involved in something bigger - raising well-loved, thoughtfully bred puppies who go on to become cherished family members. If you’re here, chances are you already know just how much happiness dogs bring into our lives.
Everything we do is guided by welfare. Ethical breeding means always putting the dogs first, and that’s how we actively work against puppy farming and poor breeding practices. We believe guardianship offers the best balance - our dogs live their lives as adored family pets, while also having the chance to become mums in a calm, supported, home-based environment where their needs always come first.
So, what does guardianship look like?
Guardian families are welcomed into our program by receiving one of our puppies, with no purchase cost involved. We see guardianship as a genuine partnership built on shared values, transparency, and ongoing support.
For our girls, this usually means up to three litters over her breeding life. When she has puppies, she stays with us for around eight weeks while she raises them, before returning home to you to continue life as your much-loved family dog. Our boys are used very occasionally over a shorter timeframe (generally 4–5 years) and are only away from home briefly for vet appointments, returning straight back to their families.
We are incredibly grateful for the guardian families already part of our journey, and we support our families every step of the way. Guardians are welcome to be as involved as they’d like - visiting their girls, being part of the birthing journey, and even helping to name the litter. It truly is a unique experience, allowing you to share in the joy of motherhood with your girl, while knowing she is always first and foremost your dog.

We would prefer guardians to live close by, but will look at all applications, as ultimately we want the best home for our pups.
If welcoming this tiny girl into your life and being part of something thoughtful, ethical, and deeply rewarding feels right, we’d love to hear from you 🤍
