Introducing the Elephant

We like to introduce some interactive toys to the pups at this age for a few reasons. 1. because it makes interesting sounds. 2. it moves and can be surprising and startling and sometimes a little frightening and 3. Week 5-8 is when the puppies have a heightened sensitivity to fear, and fear recovery exercises need to be done daily to ensure a confidant puppy goes home to new families 😊

As you can see, the elephant was quickly

demolished by inquisitive pups!
