Why do we crate train?

We like to get the puppies familiar with a crate to give new families options. Crates provide a safe place for puppies, a place to retire to if they need space and can also help with toileting behaviors. If pups are familiar with a crate, it also gives families a good way to transport them. Our own pups sleep on the bed with us 😂 but we think it’s important for new puppy families to have options 😊
