We are so excited to share a little update on beautiful Waves

Her ultrasound has shown 8 tiny conceptuses, which is always such an incredible moment for us. That said, as with all pregnancies, it’s important to remember that this number isn’t guaranteed, nature can be unpredictable, and sometimes litters can reduce before birth. For now, though, we are feeling very hopeful and grateful.

This pairing with Marley is a particularly special one. Genetically, these two have the potential to produce an amazing range of coat colours, possibly covering all the variations we love so much in our program, and even the possibility of blue eyes. It’s always a little bit like waiting for a surprise, we have the science, but there’s still so much magic in what actually arrives.

We’ve included an example of the possible coat colours in the extra photo, which gives a little glimpse into what could be in store… and we cannot wait to see which combinations nature chooses for us.

These puppies will be F2 Theodores, continuing our focus on consistency, temperament, and beautiful, family-friendly companions.

Waves is doing wonderfully, and we are now counting down to an expected due date of April 30 🐾
